Boudeweijn Docter joins the HighTechXL team as new Chief Growth Officer February 1st.
We’re excited to announce Boudewijn Docter will join HighTechXL as new Chief Growth Officer February 1st!
“HighTechXL is thrilled to welcome Boudewijn to the team! Having spent the last decade as a deep-tech entrepreneur himself, Boudewijn knows how to build a company, raise funding and manage investors,” said HighTechXL CEO John Bell.
Boudewijn co-founded EFFECT Photonics after earning his PhD in Photonics at Eindhoven Technical University (TU/e). EFFECT Photonics was a TU/e spin-out and one of the earliest photonics companies launched in the Brainport region.
As Chief Growth Officer, Boudewijn will inspire, support and coach newly created HTXL ventures, helping them become investor-ready by the end of our nine-month venture building program.
“I'm looking forward to joining the team at HighTechXL and sharing my experience in building deep-tech ventures from start to maturity,” said Boudewijn. “I'm excited to expand my work beyond semiconductor photonics and explore application areas beyond telecom and datacom.
