A safe and respectful working environment

HighTechXL is aware of reports concerning inappropriate behavior of one of our former directors. We condemn such behavior and our thoughts are with the affected people. When HighTechXL was informed, we took immediate actions to provide a safe and respectful environment  – both within our own organization and at the startups we support, such as an external confidential officer and tailored workshops. HighTechXL remains strongly committed to inclusion and diversity.
