Xtentis  is  an   innovative  solution designed to address the growing strain on care systems across Europe, where demand is increasing faster than staffing, budgets, and physical capacity can sustain. While many existing technologies promise efficiency, they often create  additional work for caregivers instead of reducing it.  Xtentis  is building a new kind of intelligence platform that transforms real-world signals from care environments into reliable, trusted, and actionable insights for caregivers. This is not another device, app, or dashboard, but core technology that enables care organizations to safely rely on live data as part of everyday workflows across long-term care, hospitals, and home care. By rethinking how data is used in care,  Xtentis  delivers a foundational solution to one of the sector’s most critical challenges.  We  are looking for a  Technical  expert to join our team  to  build the technical foundation that lets  Xtentis  scale across sites, partners, and use cases. 

As Xtentis technical expert you will… 

• Design  and build the core real-time data and intelligence platform for care environments. 

• Define how signals move from edge devices to the cloud and into daily care workflows. 

• Design event and state models that turn raw data into trusted, actionable insight. 

• Build reliable training, inference, monitoring, and feedback pipelines. 

• Make clear decisions on edge vs. cloud processing, with privacy and scalability in mind. 

• Ensure the platform is production-ready, robust, and deployable in real care settings. 

• Embed privacy, auditability, and regulatory readiness from the start. 

• Translate care needs into technical priorities with the founder. 

• Build and lead the early engineering team. 

• Represent the technology to partners, investors, and funders. 

Who You are 

You  have.. 

• A strong platform or full-stack engineering background (APIs, data pipelines, cloud, real-time systems). 

• Experience working with IoT, sensor data, health data, logs, time-series, or streaming. 

• Practical understanding of ML-powered systems (training vs inference, validation, drift, metrics). 

• A systems-level architectural thinking. 

• A founder-level ownership, drive and comfort with ambiguity. 

Nice to have 

• Exposure to radar, audio, or computer vision. 

• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability or medical software lifecycles. 

• Prior startup or scale-up experience.
