About the Project 

We’re launching a new startup, Ardeonics BV based on cutting-edge research in optical wavelength sensing, with support from PhotonFirst, Amazec Photonics, and HighTechXL. The venture aims to create powerful sensing solutions based on interferometry, high-resolution spectroscopy, and advanced metrology, with applications across high-tech industries. 

The company is currently pre-incorporation and we are assembling the co-founding team now. 

Who We’re Looking For 

We’re searching for a technical co-founder with deep expertise in optics and photonics, who’s excited to: 

• Build the company from the ground up, 

• Drive technical development, 

• Help shape the product vision and business model, 

• And grow the venture alongside fellow co-founders and strategic partners. 

Ideal Background 

• Strong experience in optical system design and development 

• Deep understanding of: 

• Interferometry 

• High-resolution spectroscopy 

• Wavelength sensing 

• Optical metrology and calibration 

• Passion for building early-stage tech from zero 

• Problem-solving mindset, resilience, and collaborative spirit
